+ What is Reiki?

A non-invasive energy based approach to relaxation and healing.

+ How can it help me?

Reiki induces deep states of relaxation which in turn can improve immune function, digestion and emotional health - such as stress, anxiety, despression, mood and improve cirulation & blood pressure. The practice of Reiki is meant to complement and support traditional conventional medicine.

+ How many sessions do I need?

There is no set number of sessions when it comes to healing. We go at your own pace and have no requirements.

+ What can I expect during a session?

During a Reiki session, the trained Practitioner will place their hands lightly on, or slightly above the client, intuitively moving their hands to the various energy centers on the body, effectively working with the person to clear any imbalances that may exist. Clients are fully clothed and may be offered a blanket for added comfort. Respect for physical space and boundaries are adhered to at all times.

+ Who is Reiki for?

Reiki is for anyone interested in healing and personal growth. Anyone can be impacted by mental or physical health struggles and Reiki provides hope, clarity & a better quality of life to those looking to choose healing.

+ What qualifications does my practicioner have?

Jeff has been certified by the Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) as a registered Reiki Practicioner and Master Teacher. You can learn more about it here. Jeff is also certified with Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) as a Forest Therapy Guide.

+ How should I dress for my session?

Dress comfortably in loose fitting or stretchy clothing. Prioritize comfort.
